The Collaborative Model
Saint George Classical’s collaborative model combines the best attributes of traditional classroom learning with the best attributes of homeschooling. Students will spend 2-3 days in the classroom with a classically trained teacher, and they will spend the remaining days completing assignments at home with the guidance of a parent. The result is a quality, cost-effective education that gives parents more time for imparting their faith and values to their children.
The Paideia of the Lord
Saint George Classical partners with parents to fulfill the biblical mandate to train up their children found in Deuteronomy 6 by creating a joyful yet challenging environment that reinforces the Christian virtues parents seek to instill in their children.
Paideia is often translated “education,” but the concept is much bigger, encompassing the steady cultivation of deep, rich lives where the gospel can take root and flourish.
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

We are here for You
Students complete their at-home studies under the tutelage of their parents, but we equip parents with classical, Christian curriculum, parent training and take-home assignments so parents can confidently guide at-home learning without having expertise in every subject.

cultivating their hearts and minds
As students are challenged to recognize truth and apply God’s word to their lives, they build a firm foundation for collegiate life and every life stage beyond it. The collaborative model provides a smooth transition to college based on the number of hours on campus per week and the emphasis on time management and responsibility.
